What does public service mean to you? How did you come to be a public employee in Ohio and what drives you to serve your communities every day? OCSEA wants to shine a light on the important and critical work of OCSEA members, so that the important voices of Ohio’s public workers are heard.
Video Recording Tips

Start the video with your name, agency, job title and local chapter.

Tell us your personal public service story: what brought you to public service and to your line of work; how does your work impact your community, the state, the nation; what’s your favorite part of your job? (these are just a few examples).

Record the video on a mobile device with a front-facing camera. You can also ask someone to hold the device for you.

Hold the device still or prop it against a wall, book, or another object.

Make sure your face is centered on the screen.

Speak clearly yet forcefully: Be sure to enunciate.
